Yeah, I don't really see anything in that article to suggest that Penn just wants to take our money. Disputes concerning accommodations for disabled persons are hardly unique to Penn dental.

Honestly, I'd prefer to have doctors that are perfectly healthy rather than ones with disabilities. Unless they can manage to get over their disabilities without an artificial handicap being placed somewhere, they should find another profession. I may sound like a douche, but, honestly, I wouldn't trust a healthcare professional with a nervous disability in the first place.

Besides, if they just wanted money, then they'd let her extend to however many years she wants so long as she pays. Instead, they denied her an extension and gave her a complete refund. You don't realize that they lose a lot of money by having that empty seat.
