Hi,
Here's the deal: with all my classes, I pretty much made sure I knew about 80% of the lectures cold, and the rest i wouldnt attend or study whatsoever. i made note of all of them so far. its just the only way I can really study....when I spread myself too thin I just end up getting unmotivated and doing worse, when it comes to each course....so I always preferred mastering 80% of the material.
Anyway, when I start studying for step 1 (im gona have about 12 weeks), should I go over these unread/unstudied lectures for the first month and a half, and then go straight into the board-specific review? OR...should i not even bother, and just learn everything from first aid/RR/CMMRS, etc?
I know for sure I'd be fine with my own personal understanding of hte material if I only knew it at the board-review level. But when it comes to the actual test....do we really have to know things even MORE in depth/in detail than the review books present to us? If not, then I will just hit the review books hard.
Thanks
