I'm a graduate of an Ivy League school with a BCPM in the 3.4s and an overall of 3.9. I have an MCAT of 37T and have had 3 years of undergrad research experience, volunteer work and shadowing. I'm applying to some middle (BU, Tufts) and top (Stanford, Harvard, U Chicago) schools, but my secondaries are being submitted right at the deadline (e.g. the day of). Have I completely blown my chances? I knew going into this that I would be risking it by starting my primary in September (employment got in the way), but I didn't think it would be this late.

If I have blown it, will I have to completely throw out all my essays for the next application cycle? I don't know if I have any ideas left after this go-round 😳

i dont think you have completely blown your chances, i think it would have been better if u had applied to some safety schools too because of your bcpm. but i think your stats make you a good candidate.

u do not need to redo the essays.

you did not state your research experience, that would be quite critical for the top schools that you listed.

With the low BCPM GPA, late application, and failure to apply more broadly you may well get no acceptance this season. But that could be a good thing, if school "status" is important to you, as you'll have a better chance of an acceptance into a school of your proper niche if you apply early next season (though still broadly).
