double boarding in neuro/PMR

your thoughts on this....do you know any docs currently double boarded in neuro/pmr? any regrets? income potential? any thoughts on where the best places would be for training...is it better to train in a combined program (6 years) in one place, or take the extra year and do each residency seperately at different institutions?
