lets look into their calcification start date and crown completion end date...

incisors calcification starts somewhere 3months and crown completion is done by 31/2 -4 yrs age ..so choice 3 is not an answer, ergo choice 5,

choice 1 makes sense, choice 2 do, but choice 4 makes complete and the therefore the best answer...
 
Choice 4 is correct answer. Whats your ans, the reason why am asking is we will judge with our best available ans and still their might be surprise answer from NBDE to knock you off . Check it and please let us know.👍
