Downstate vs. MCW

I am an out of state applicant to both schools. I know MCW is the higher ranked school (according to those geniuses at US News) but Ive also heard that Downstate's clinical experience is great.

Downstate will be about $30 K cheaper but money is not a huge factor. My ultimate goal is getting back to California for residency.

Which one will give me the best opportunity to get back or which one would you suggest?

majority of students who go to downstate end up in the nyc area or somewhere in the tri state area for residency. so it might not be wise to go to downstate if cali is the place you want to be.
