Has anyone ever heard of a “bridge” program from DPT (or other healthcare professional) to MD/DO? Something in which an existing medical professional can apply and enter medical school or DO school “ahead” (i.e. a shorter program)?

No. Not that I know of, PA/DNP/Dentist/etc. all start from the same spot in med school.
