I talked to Dr. Collins about it two weeks ago he said it should be ready in a bout two weeks so it should be available soon or now.

Were you in his recent prep class? If so he's going to send it for free. If not, I'm not sure about the charge, I think I've read for a 'fall/spring update' is $25 not sure how much for just july.

No I bought his self study guide. He just told me to give him my address and he'll put me in the mailing list for the update and nothing about price. So idk. I just want the update to see if there's drastic changes

Yeah he's not charging you for the update then because he told the class that he would send it out without charge. I think the update will be useful since it is the first exam with the new changes.
