Dr. King was a hero of the people and a historical legend. That is also a class of its own. I would refer to him as doctor as a term of deep respect for his historical and social prowess.
I just think it's just one of the things that is technically right but practically pointless to pursue.
Like why insisting that patients call you doctor, then spend time telling them that you are not "that" kind of doctors when they want you to diagnose their butt pimples.
Okay - hence forth please refer to me as Dr. Justfillit. I will refer to you as Dr. Old Timer as well. Unless, of course, you don’t want me to. But, even if you don’t want me to call you dr I would like for you to refer to me as Dr. thank you
I have turned in many professionals in different fields. And in my states, I have seen the med board be much harder on docs than the psych board, or pharmacy board, or social work board. Psych and social work give the therapists a chance to rectify the situation. Med boards give the punishment out. And yes, I have seen that the Arizona board is reasonable.

How does this "turning in" happen ? I don't seem to notice a lot of problems. Do your working compadres know about your proclivities? Do you counsel them on their errors to give them a chance to repent? When you screw the pooch..do you turn yourself in?
In any case..If you profile around a hospital as a doctor..be current on your advanced life support..will ya..please?
