Anyone ever use Dr. Najeebs Lectures for D1 year? If so, were they helpful? If not, does anyone know of any external resources that provide detailed video lectures with enough content for any classes during D1 or D2 year that I can use?

The ONLY lectures you should use come from your professors, because that's what they test on. Don't bother with additional material because it wont be totally relevant and you wont have time to read it.

I second schmoob. Don't make your life any more difficult than it needs to be.
Also, I've seen too much misinformation on the web. Some things are just outdated, others are plain wrong.
Since much of the clinical info will be used in treating your patients in the future, I would stick with info from a reliable source only.
If you really need another source, it may help to refer to boards review books like First Aid or Mosbys since many of your lectures are taught to get your ready for boards.
