What are the questions? I want to get started on them while my secondary gets fowarded from home (they sent it to the wrong address, friggin amcas!)

it's a long one, but they leave only a small space to answer them, like about 1-2 inches.
page 1 is just your basic info--name address, etc.
p. 2 - photo, list prereqs you are missing, list schedule for upcoming semester if in school, explain an uneven grade performance, describe what you are doing if not in school now
p.3 - describe role you play in your immediate family, describe community and socioeconomic environment you grew up in, list significant community, service and leadership activities over last 6 yrs, to what extent have your experiences/accomplshments demonstarated your understanding of underserved communities, what role will you play as physician in the changing health care system over the next 10 yrs?
p. 4 - what is the most important health issue confronting underserved communities? how would you address it?
what are your career plans if not accepted to med school? how did you first learn about drew? have you been convicted of a crime and if so explain. provide any additional info to give the committee greater insight about you as an applicant.
