Does anyone have any information about the PMED program at Drexel University? I have yet to take the necessary pre-req's for medical school and it seems as though this is a pretty decent program. Information regarding the competitiveness of the program, course difficulty, etc. would be really helpful. Thank you in advance.

How long did it take to hear back after application?
Is May still an "early" application for rolling deadline of Aug 15th? In your experience did the program fill up before the deadline?

I applied to the Drexel program as well. I found out that I was accepted through e-mail. They e-mailed me after I received a call pertaining to a math course that needed to be taken. It was an interesting call since I did not know at the time that I got in. I was supposed to take the College Algebra and Trig since I do not have many relevant math courses. I think it is a pre req for physics. I applied in March and found out in April. Since I am going to Penn instead, I do not have any insider information. I hope this information provided helps you at least a little.

Thanks for your reply. This is somewhat helpful. So one full month from app time to decision? Do you know anything about when 50% capacity is reached? Do you feel like completing app about 05/15 is still early enough to have any edge for rolling admissions? Thanks a lot!

I think the decision was made sooner, but they did not notify me until a woman from the office had a question about the aformentioned math class. So I would check back with the office like two weeks after submitting an app. in order to find out sooner rather than later. It may take longer since there are probably more apps. coming in now. If your stats are good then I would not worry about being admitted. My SAT's were terrible, but I had a good GPA. As for the 50% thing, I am not sure.
