Hi,

So I took advanced calculus last semester and received an A. I registered for complex variables this spring.

But I did some quick calculations and if I take 2 psychology courses instead and do well, I can get a 3.6 by the time I apply to med school.

But I will be at 20 credits.

courses:
bio 2
gen chem 2
psych
psych
diff eq

Is this do-able? Am I being realistic

The small boost (in the area of 0.02-0.03 I'm assuming) in GPA won't matter, unless you plan on applying to a school with a hard cut-off of 3.6 (which I doubt!).

I'd recommend going for whichever option interests you more. Just be wary, because 20 credits is a lot!

@Doudline ya i did the math and its not much

i think ill just replace the math couse with a psych one. i was guna take it cuz im math major but i can takae it senior year instead

if i try hard, i can still get a 3.6 without overloading
