Dropped >20 points from UWSA 1 to NBME 20

Got a 243 on UWSA 1 a week ago, and just got a 219 on NBME 20 today. Test is in 3 weeks. What's the consensus on NBME 20's predictability?

uwsa1 overpredicts and nbme 20 underpredicts. Take nbme 18 and uwsa2 and average the two for a more accurate representation

UWSA1 overpredicts. nbme 20 underpredicts and is difficult. got 245 uwsa 1 around 4 weeks out, then 234 on 18 and 234 on 24. few days before got 249 on uwsa2. step 1 = 240. I felt like i underperformed on test day. I'd say take 18, 24, and uwsa and average those. GL
