Hey everyone, I had a quick question. I currently am about to graduate this semester. Im taking endocrinology, evolution, intro to entrepreneurship, indoor cycling, and piano. I just need the two bio classes and the busines class to graduate. Now my question is this, I put on all my applications that I was taking piano this semester. I even wrote it at the interview. Now unfortunately I do not have time for such a course and am considering dropping it. Will that somehow ruin my acceptance in the long run? Any ideas? I would like to stay in the course but I would rather drop it without hurting my chances. Thanks

probably not, my friend (last year applicant) dropped a course and that was plant lab course and he got into several schools.

Generally speaking, dropping a course is not a major concern at all.

i thought that by putting it down at the interview that I was taking the course its like set in stone that i need to finish it?

The only way I could see it could hurt you is if it were a class you needed to matriculate but piano doesn't fit that bill so you shouldn't worry.
