USMLE Drug ads/research abstract in step 2 CK

Hey guys... How do you tackle the drug ads/research abstract questions in CK??
It takes more than 5 minutes for me to figure out the answer.

At most there will probably 2 abstracts/6 questions. If you're not comfortable with them it's probably easier to skip and come back to them. If you have a good background in biostatistics it definitely helps, and being able to apply the abstract to a particular patient in the vignette they give you, or straight up answer a question about the abstract - like is it a good study? What are its weaknesses? Can you generalize the findings?
