Dual citizenship, school in the us and residency in canada

Hi guys,

I was born and have lived in Canada most of my life, but have both US and Canadian citizenship and did my undergrad in the states. I am considering applying to med schools in the US and am wondering if there are any hurdles if I wanted to do my residency/practice in Canada after graduating. Thanks!
