Is dual residency possible when applying to dental schools?

The only exception I could think of is if you are married and your spouse lives in another state. Some states grant automatic residency status to married couples.

I don't even think this is the case. If so, then you would be required to choose between the state you reside in and your state where you live.

But still, the answer to the OP's question would be "no" for the purpose of applying to schools.
