Just wondering if anyone can give any insite.

30y/o age patient with left arm pain that feels like it is deep to the biceps muscle. Discribed as a dull, aching pain, 1-2/10 and present intermittantly throughout the day. It comes and goes in 30-60 second spirts followed by lack of pain for a few minutes and then symptoms return again. Doesn't seem to be associated with any activity but may have started after a "violent sneeze".
No significant PMH
Lipitor, wellbutrin

A stretch of the brachial plexus perhaps? Arterial spasm?

cervical disk impinging on a nerve?
angina?

This seems vague, especially without a physical. Is dull arm pain of 1-2 really the chief complaint?

Doesnt sound classically neuropathic
