I know that when taking it for the quantitative, they allow u to use a whiteboard. I am wondering if they do that for the other sections like reading(it would help so I can map out the article as I read)

You can use the pen for whatever. It is more like a packet of laminated paper so you don't have to erase and can go back to your notes.
