Once you e-submit your app can you amend anything?

yes, you can update coursework, add more LORs, and change your biographical information.

you cannot amend your personal statement, extracurriculars, work/research experience, shadowing, etc. if you would like to update schools with this information, put it in writing and mail a hard copy to each of the schools you applied to

last cycle i updated my coursework after i took microbio over the summer... i didn't have to wait until december. i sent aadsas new transcripts, they verified it, and send schools another printout. i'm unsure if things have changed.
