Earliest date to submit my application

When is the earliest day to submit the application? Is it mid May or June 1st? I'm a bit confused here because I've read a few threads about this but didn't get a definitive answer... I also tried to search the ADEA website and it says "The AADSAS 2007 application becomes available in mid-May 2006. AADSAS starts processing and delivering applications to the schools in June 2006."

Thanks PDizzle! But I got another question...
Do I have to have letters of recommendation ready and finish all of required shadowing hours (I don;t know about other schools, but I know UNLV requires 50 hrs of shadowing...) before I submit my application??
