Early Admission for 2014 application?

I sometimes hear people saying that they are going for the "early admission" since some pharmacy school have that first come first serve bases.

Does that mean they are just applying really quick once PharmCas opens in June1?

If I want to also follow this "early admission" route, then can someone give me an idea of when I should start asking for letter of recommendation (Should I literally do it right now?), when to submit supplemental essays and etc...

Sorry if the questions sounds a little trivial but I am a little clueless when it comes to PharmCas stuff right now.

Start everything now, as June 1st is the opening for Early Admission and it may take a couple of weeks for everything to get uploaded. Do not start filling the PharmCAS application out until June 1st, as anything you put on there will be erased.
