Hello!

So, i ve been trying to figure out this mystery for awhile now. I want to apply to this one particular school as early decision. When i l9fin to ptcas, will it let me apply to ther schools as regular admission or i have to apply to this one school and wait till they decide? And potentially miss out on rolling admissions from other schools?

when you designate a school as your early decision, it will lock you out from the other schools. until you find out a decision from your ED school then PTCAS opens back up for you to apply to any other schools

Yes, if you apply ED, you can only apply to that one school. There is an ED deadline by which schools have to reply to applicants and that deadline would give you enough time to apply to other schools should you be waitlisted or rejected. So for regular admission schools this is not a problem at all, but you are right for rolling admission schools it does stop you from submitting early although you have your application complete already.
