According to the 2009-2010 Survey of Advanced Dental Education downloadable from the ADA website,

Tufts had 151 applicants and 7 acceptances = 4.6%
BU had 140 applicants and 12 acceptances = 8.6%
Temple had 86 applicants and 6 acceptances = 6.9%

It seems like most of the numbers from the different programs are similar to these with ranges from 2%-10%. So if it is "easier" to get into one program, it isn't by much.

What I would do, Ecks, is go through the websites of all of the programs and get a feel for what they value. Most programs value GPR, work experience, and academics to different degrees. For the most part, they will state this on their website. For example, somebody with a 4.0 GPA and 99 boards score may find one of the "easiest" endo programs to get into impossible if the program requires work experience or GPR as a prerequisite to admission.
