I've taken all my pre requisites for Dental schools and I'm wondering if I mostly take easy courses or non-science courses in my senior year would that look bad to the adcom?

Dude, I would recommend taking upper year science courses if possible. If you do well in them, it will help your cause greatly, since some schools state that preference is given to those who do well in upper year science courses. You can balance them out with bird courses possibly... that's what my friends did.
prez does have a point. Senior year is a great chance to boost your science knowledge in preparation for dental school, and I recommend you take advantage of it. I was just saying if you dont, it wont really hurt you. You can do whatever you want and it probably wont affect your app very much
I took a bunch of microbio courses... they helped a bit, you learn about plaque development which is pretty cool... i'm not sure how physiology is supposed to help though.
I don't think it matters in their decision for that cycle, but say you don't get in (not saying that this will happen, cuz you definetly will), it probably shows them something if you try really hard until the very end (provided that you apply again the next cycle). I think that's what my advisor said.
