any ones know an easy melanoma journal to get a case report published?

Unfortunately no such thing. My limited experience with publishing is that you should attach yourself to a faculty member with a history of publications (that usually means said faculty member has connections with the editors of a particular journal). Otherwise you'll find rejections for case reports tend to flow rather freely. You may find some throwaway journal that will accept your case report without issues but that defeats the purpose of publishing so you can place it on your CV.

I don't think there are any Derm journals that focus on just one condition. However, for a case report, why not try the Dermatology Online Journal? I would say go for the journal Cutis, but that journal tends to be classified as a throwaway journal.
