Hey,
I had signed up for some clubs in my school like big brother big sister and the psych club. In terms of med school admission, what are they looking for? Less clubs but for four years or more clubs for less years?
And how many clubs are ideal?

Joining clubs won't help you at all unless you take a leadership role or use the club as a springboard to doing community service (like Big Brothers, Big Sisters). Going to a meeting where you passively sit there and passively absorb information is not useful. You will be better off concentrating on your studies so you get high grades during the first year. After that, find a research position, volunteer in a clinical situation. Do other community service. Be a TA or mentor. Be a leader in some way.

isnt it expected that you have some clubs though?
