If someone was to apply to, say, Georgetown's SMP, how much importance to they place on clinical experience, leadership, research, volunteering, etc?

I know that they require at least a 3.0 GPA and expect a good MCAT score, but besides those factors and letters of recommendation, how exactly do they select their students, and what is the acceptance rate to the Georgetown SMP?

Thanks

To give you a general idea of the competitiveness of the program, here's last year's class profile:

Average GPA: 3.3
Average MCAT: 31.7

As far as ECs, Georgetown goes so far as to request your AMCAS application from last cycle (if applicable, otherwise the equivalent in supplementary materials)... so yes, ECs are probably as important for the SMP as they are for a regular med school admissions process.
