EC's on track?

Just finished my sophomore year and am curious/concerned about how my EC's look. Not being neurotic just concerned. Any input about how these stack up to accepted students would be appreciated:

Recitation leader for one year for Principles of Biology-Continuing until i graduate
College of Science Ambassador for one year-also continuing till graduation
Played drumset in university Jazz band for one semester (had to stop because didnt fit schedule anymore)
Alpha Epsilon Delta Vice President- for this coming year.
Over 50 hours volunteering at Community Free Clinic-continuing
Organizing drop boxes for supplies for the free clinic to be placed round campus
Rural Medicine Pre Med Summer Internship (Extensive primary care shadowing)
50 hours shadowing FP, Pediatrician, and Critical Care Surgeon

That looks awesome. You look like the polar opposite of my ECs and I also just finished my sophomore year.

You have stellar volunteering and leadership - keep it up.
You would probably want to start inquiring at some labs to get research experience.
