I would maybe take UNC and especially Baylor off of your list. I think you probably already know that you're an incredible applicant and can pretty much apply anywhere - just depends on how many schools you wanna apply to. For instance, I think schools like Rochester, Einstein, Cincinnati, UMD, and USF could fit you as target schools.

wouldnt bother with boston or gt unless you like them a lot and would go there over anywhere else

To add to the additional suggestions, try Ohio State, Jefferson, Iowa and Sinai. Aim high, add in UCSF, Case, Baylor (take off Quinnipiac and Wake), NYU, Michigan, Johns Hopkins.
