Your community service mostly falls under tutoring and teaching, and in spite of the populations you are working with, it doesn't take you out of your comfort zone. You come in as an expert rather than as someone who will really alleviate their distress in a humble way.

You need more traditional community service. Food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation are examples.

You can try Hackensack, NYMC or Quinnipiac but they may "yield protect" with your stats.
