I was considering a regional and cardiothoracic fellowship before I decided on Pain.

I have a regional and TEE CD set.
The Regional set has every major nerve block, separated into two CDs. the first CD has the upper limb blocks, and the second CD is lower limbs. Each block has a 3d image of the, i.e., axillary nerve and every layer of anatomy around it. a narrator (british accent) walks you through every step, every common mishap, and troubleshooting for each block. it even has a "game" where you have to decide where the best position for each block is. that was less useful than it sounds. but the lecture videos and graphics were amazing. It was great if you have a hard time remembering your anatomy, and the lecturer hit only high yield info. it actually helped me on my regional rotation and boards. This is great at programs where regional is not as prevalent, like mine. it helped me review my anatomy, and I loved it.

The TEE CDs are for CV fellow guys. it is way over my head, and I only used it once. It has, i.e., aortic zoom, where it shows you the 3d image of the heart, the TEE probe, where it is positioned, how it is positioned, and what a normal view is, pathologic view is, then it also has a case studies section. I honestly have used it once, and this thing is NOT for anesthesia residents unless you love TEE's and plan on doing them or do them in private practice, have a fellowship, or will definitely be pursuing a fellowship.

If either set of CD's interests you, PM me. Thanks
