Hi Dear SDN group

I will be graduating from residency next month and joining a private practice group.
I would like spend my left over educational money on some good resources.
I have all the major textbooks and newly released handbooks in radiation oncology.
What other good educational books (related to oncology or non-medical books focusing on communication & inter-personal skills etc) or resources (video purchases, online subscriptions etc) would you recommend for successful private practice?

Thanks a lot!

Non-ironic answer:
White Coat Investor
4-Hour Body

Keep your finances and body strong/healthy. White Coat Investor should be a must read for every medical student. I got through it in 3 hours. Would have saved me probably 50k had I read it earlier.

Join QuadShot for free for daily updates. Read this board regularly for major developments. NCCN is free. Red Journal has jumped the shark, so don't feel bad about skipping. UpToDate not a bad suggestion.

I would recommended getting pdfs of all available RT related protocols (RTOG/NRG ect). Much of this stuff is password protected and can be quite useful to consult when evaluating plans and considering normal tissue constraints when you are starting out.
