Given the solubility in the table below, which solvent woul Be the best choice to crystallized triphenyl carbinol in order to separate it from biphenyls ?

Insoluble. Soluble
Tri phenyl Hexane Ether
Carboninol. Water. Benzene

Biphenyl. Water. Ether

A. Ether and benzene
B hexane n water
C ether n hexane
D. Water

Abc all seems to lead to the same result I am confused on what the question wants~~

Dissolve both in ether. Add hexane to bring the first one out of solution (second one remains in solution). Filter out the now insoluble compound from mixture.
