EKG leads

So like...i never properly learned this. Has anyone ever heard of anyone getting a q on Step 1 about where th + and - leads are and axis and crap? Or like they give a EKG and you have to tell whether it's left or R bundle branch block? I see FA has only had 1,2nd degree BBB but not much beyond that...not even how to calc HR from an EKG so i wanted to know how far in depth i have to go into this.
