Elbow joint access

I am getting requests for elbow arthrograms, never do these before. What do you all find is the best way to access this joint? Have the patient bend their elbow 90 degrees and go for the radiocapitellar joint?

Arthrograms? Dont radiologists do these especially if they go for MR after?

Thanks y'all. My group has an MRI attached and the orthopods will sometimes order an arthrogram to be followed by the MRI. Hip and shoulders are easy but hadn’t done elbows before. I think wrists will be coming up on the menu too
