Hey Guys,
I'm a Syrian medical student starting rotations this year and planning on having an elective in the Chicago area next summer (July-August 2011), During this year I'll be taking IM/Peds/Surgery/Obs/ENT... and more

So Any help regarding;
1) which hospitals in the Chicago area would be open to non-us med students during that period of next summer.
2) When should I start applying.
3) what specialties are the most probable to get.
