Electric dipole potential

Hello!

Can someone please explain why the electric potential is zero for all points at infinity and wherever it is on any perpendicular bisector of the dipole axis. I'm finding difficulty visualizing it.

(It's a Kaplan practice question. Ch 6 question 9)
