Suppose a drop of unknown mass remains suspended against gravity when E= -2.7e-5 N/c. What is the minimum mass of the droplet?

The minimum mass will depend on the charge on the object: the smaller the charge the lighter the object must be. What is the smallest charge you can think of? 1.6x10^-19C. With that charge you know the upward force on the object, F=Eq, use F=mg to find the mass of the object.
