Electronic LOE Problem (In Progress)

is anyone else having the problem of not seeing their electronic LOE being uploaded? My dentist says he did it but the status says "in progress" with no received date on my aadsas. He's done it before last year so I know he knows how to do it and hes pretty reliable. Any one know about any lag time or how to find out if it has been actually uploaded?

My composite letter was uploaded yesterday. Both myself and the uploader were notified immediately by aadsas via email and the status was also immediately listed as submitted.

there is no lag time. "in progress" means that he has uploaded the LOR but has not hit the "submit" button. i had the same problem. cheers
