Eligible to be licensed?

So I'm about to graduate in about 5 weeks. I'm applying for staff pharmacist positions. Some of the jobs I'm applying to state the following: "Are you currently licensed, or eligible to be licensed in the state of ___"?

I'm not graduated yet so I'm not of course licensed so can I still put yes? Putting a no would automatically make me not eligible.

Can you write yes and then qualify with your graduation date? Or add "pending 5/2011" or whatever?
