Once you type the evaluators information into the general application and click save, does the email get sent to them immediately to fill out the evaluation or does it get sent when the final application is submitted? I would imagine it goes prior to final submission, but want to be sure.

The e-mail goes out as soon as you hit save. After that you can check the status page to see if they've started working on it. I also happily just found out that you get an e-mail when the letter is completed.

I seriously doubt that they would.

I submitted and registered all my evaluators weeks and weeks ago. Not a single one has completed them yet. Last year, my app was held up by 1 elor that they had been registered for for a little over 2 months. It's frustrating.
