I got this wierd email from Maryland with Subject: "University of Maryland Medical School Secondary Application Invitation"

In the body of the email, it says "Thank you" and Nothing else 🙄

I have no clue what this email is about, as I have never emailed or called them.

Anyone else got this email?

Too funny. I'm guessing maybe they meant to reply to someone and instead forwarded the message to the entire email list or something.

I called them to ask what the email meant and they said that the message was sent when their servers went down and that we should ignore the email.

I got the email too today, but didn't bother asking why. I got not one, but TWO rejection letters from them the other day. GEEZ, ok already. I get it! So, who knows what they were thanking ME for 🙂
