I never used to believe a woman would so claim sexual harassment when it didn't happen, but I've changed my mind. When you finally meet the kind of woman who would claim harassment to bring person another down, you'll definitely know -- they do exist. Luckily there are not many out there, but I know there are at least a few.

I definitely remember when Anita Hill tried to do that to Clarence Thomas. Most of you probably aren't old enough to remember this; it happened in the early 1990s. And like false rape charges, it makes things so much harder for people who really do experience this.

One of my male classmates was harassed by a female preceptor, although it was during an internship, not rotations. He REALLY had a hard time being taken seriously.

HR will be all over this. They're notoriously slow to follow up with hiring and/or mundane stuff.

But when it comes to drug diversion and sexual harassment, these people become like 1000 year starved vampires at dusk near virgin coed slumber parties.

HR folks are salivating to get to the nitty gritty details of this crap.

Very true it's the highlite of the year for them.

Wish they put as much effort into the hiring process though.
