Email the schools with update on experience?

I started working as a dental assistant since the last week of August and I’ve added that on my aadsas application.
Can I email the schools with subject line “Update on Experience” and tell them what I’m doing?

I’ve been reading some threads and some people recommend to do so..

I can’t tell you anything for sure because I’m going through the cycle now just like you. I’d think that you could add the DA role as an experience in aadsas, though, right? That’s what I think I’d do in your position.
