emailing the programs?

My thread title pretty much explains it. I am considering emailing the program coordinators to show interest in the programs I would like to get interviews in, including a couple I have rotated in.

My question is since I have never done this before, what is a good format to type in without seeming to be too pushy/annoying yet to show that I really do have legitimate interest in those programs especially the ones I have rotated in before? I have not received a response saying I have been rejected as of yet but wanted to give this a try since some people have told me to try this.

I think this is addressed elsewhere recently use search function

if not and I'm wrong I'm sure people will jump in that said I think there is some stuff elsewhere to read anyway to help
