If anyone happens to have the most recently released NBDE II test handy, I may be tested on the questions concerning gold onlays/inlays tomorrow from that test. Could you please tell me what these questions/answers might be? Thanks.
P.S. I got an entire weekend to show that I have studied my butt off for this thing, so don't even try to give me any crap about "slacking". Just trying to get some help.
