My test is on Tuesday noon but it says that appointment is past the cutoff date for modification. Can I still change it if I call the testing center?

Unfortunately it's too late. You either have to take the test or you basically forfeit your payment 🙁.

Why do you need to postpone your test?

Agreed, just take it. Review for Ochem and PAT as much as possible. Don't sweat the QR, it's not that important.
