Hello from a premed! I am just wondering if anyone can tell me whether it's possible to apply for the dual MD/MHP at Emory AFTER applying and matriculating as an MD student. Or can students only apply at the same time that they're submitting the MD application? I've searched their website in vain for the answer, so if anyone knows, thanks!

you can definitely apply (they accept any and all matriculated medical students so it's really just a matter of you making the decision) once you are in medical school at any time during the first three years.

Yes you can get into the program after being accepted to Emory. All emory med students are automatically accepted to MD/MPH program if they want to participate in the program. You have until the end of second year to choose.
